Each of these newly built cottages contain:

• Bedroom One - king bed - ensuite with walk in shower
• Bedroom Two - x 2 king singles - ensuite with shower/bath
• Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher
• Laundry facilites
• Split system - heating and cooling 
• Verandah
• Full range of facilities and modern conveniences
• Suitable for families or couples - sleeps four guests
• Bikers - secure lock up garage for multiple bikes
• Linen provided
• Off street parking
• Garage/driveway - space for 2 cars or 4 bikes
• Direct access to the Delatite River from the property

No deposit required at the time of booking, full payment is taken 30 days prior to arrival

~ FREE DATE CHANGE ~
If you need to change the stay dates 30 days or more prior to when you arrive, we will not charge a change fee and we will do this free of charge (any difference in the nightly cost for the new stay dates will apply)

~ FREE CANCELLATION ~
If you need to cancel the trip you can do this free of charge 30 days or more prior to arrival. (Within 30 days is non refundable).

ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

Check In Time: 3pm

Check Out Time: 10am

Late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement only. If it is necessary for the cleaners to wait for your departure a charge will be incurred of $50 per hour. This is subject to availability.

Early check in's may be available however we would not be able to guaranteed the time until the day of arrival as we need to ensure that the property has under gone an thorough clean ready for you stay.
